Whilst we at Music Evolution Studios understand the nature of being an artist and the importance of freedom of speech, Music Evolution Studios prohibits the use of any music it produces to support racism, sexual abuse, the abuse of children, domestic violence, religious hate crime, etc…

Our goal is to ensure that every client is fully satisfied with our music and video production services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Our policy on refunds and cancellations is as follows:

Initial Deposit:

Once the project has gone through consultation and is approved, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit covers initial consultation, project planning, and the reservation of studio or production time.

Cancellation Before Production Begins:

If you need to cancel the project before any work has commenced, you will not be charged beyond the initial deposit.

Cancellation After Production Begins:

If you cancel after production has started, you will be billed for the hours worked up to the point of cancellation. This includes time spent on recording, filming, editing, mixing, mastering, and any other services rendered.

Completed Projects:

Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. We do, however, offer a revision period to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. Please refer to our revision policy for details on this process.

Revisions:

Dependant on the package type, we offer various free revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Any additional revisions will incur an extra fee, which will be communicated to you beforehand.

Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand that unexpected events can occur. If you encounter a significant issue that necessitates a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations.

Timeline depends on the scope of work. Beat production typically takes 1-2 weeks. Full track production with
vocals takes 3-6 weeks. We can discuss specific timelines during your consultation.

Absolutely. We work with artists remotely using file sharing and video communication. Many of our professional
music production projects are completed with remote collaboration.

Yes. Most of our music production packages include multiple revision rounds. We want you to love the final
